Gunold Canada sales accounts are set up differently than Gunold online accounts. For online shoppers, place items in your cart and proceed to the checkout process. You will be prompted to create an account. This process is only required for your FIRST online order.

Online accounts are created in the checkout process. 

If you order from a Gunold representative, your business is set up as a Gunold customer. However, for your first online order, you must create a new account in the checkout process. After you place your first online order, the account you created online will be matched with your Gunold Canada account. This process is only required for your FIRST online order.

No merchandise may be returned for credit without prior authorization. Returns for credit on account only. No merchandise will be accepted for credit after 30 days from its invoice date. All merchandise for credit must be unused: Cones of thread: the original plastic wrap must be on the cone. Spools of thread: only complete boxes of 10 spools can be accepted for credit.
